Product Introduction:
Desiccant breathers are mainly used for the tank with moisture absorption, air filtration and air hygroscopic and filtration of oil tank. Its working principle is that, first, when the air through the desiccant, water is absorbed, after the desiccant, through the air filter element, the solid particles in the air are removed, which can effectively prevent the liquid level rise and fall and the pressure difference caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction of water and solid particles into the tank, effectively improve the performance and reliability of the hydraulic system. Prolong the service life of oil and equipment.
The inlet and outlet are provided with diaphragm suction valve and outlet valve, which effectively prolonging the service life of the hygroscopic agent, and the air is filtered 3μm after multistage coarse filtration to achieve high performance filtration.
Product Characteristics:
Filter basic construction When moisture is absorbed, the drying agent granules will gradually change color from blue to pink. The granules should be changed when the color changes to pink.
