Common types:
This filter element belongs to the E9 level filter, with an accuracy of 3 μ m, suitable for filtering out large amounts of liquids and condensates of 3 μ m size, and can achieve a maximum residual oil content of 5ppm w/w. It adopts bipolar filtration, with the first stage mechanically separating 10 μ m particles through two stainless steel pipe holes, and the second stage capturing 3 μ m solid and liquid particles through deep fiber media. The flow rating of E9-32 filter element is 250scfm, with a design temperature of 150 ° F (66 ° C). It has the characteristics of low flow resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. The inner and outer cores are made of stainless steel, and the end caps are resistant to chemical corrosion and do not contain silicon.
