Filter Element Features:
Unique structure: High flow water filter cartridges typically have a larger diameter, such as 6 inches/152mm, no center rod, one-way opening, and adopt a folding design.
Working principle: The liquid is filtered through the filter material inside the filter element, using multi-layer composite progressive filtration materials and deep fine polypropylene or fiberglass membranes to intercept and remove impurities, particles, microorganisms, etc. in the liquid, achieving water purification.
Introduction To Raw Materials：
The filter element is the core component of the filtration system, and its performance depends on the selected raw materials. Filter cartridges made of different materials are suitable for different filtration scenarios, such as liquids, gases, particles, chemicals, etc. The following are common classifications of filter raw materials: fiberglass, filter paper, polypropylene (PP) fiber, stainless steel filter screen, sintered metal, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane, etc.
