Candle filter element is a tubular filter element with a shape similar to a candle, usually composed of a skeleton, filter layer, and support structure. Its core structure is:

Skeleton: mostly made of stainless steel (such as 304, 316L) to provide mechanical support;

Filter layer: formed through processes such as sintering, weaving, or folding. Common materials include stainless steel powder, metal wire mesh, chemical fiber materials, etc., designed with different accuracies according to filtration requirements;

Sealing structure: Ensure the sealing between the filter element and the filter to prevent leakage of unfiltered media.
