Product Description

Working principle:

The oil return filter is mainly based on the interception effect of the filter medium on impurities to achieve its function. When the hydraulic oil or lubricating oil flows back from the working area of the system, it will carry various impurities, such as metal particles, dust, rubber particles, etc. After the oil with impurities enters the return oil filter, the impurities are intercepted on the surface or inside of the filter through the filtering effect of the filter element, and the clean oil can be smoothly passed through the filter element and returned to the system for continued circulation. For example, in the hydraulic system, when the hydraulic actuator (such as hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor, etc.) completes the working stroke, the oil will return with impurities such as wear particles generated during the working process, and the oil return filter can effectively prevent these impurities from circulating in the system to cause further damage.

Installation:

Before fitting the filter into the system, check that the operating pressure of the system does not exceed the permitted operating pressure of the filter. Refer to the name plate on the filter!

Commissioning:

Check that the correct filter element is fitted. Fit cover and screw in cover bolts alternately. Switch on the hydraulic system and check filter for leakage. Vent filter at an appropriate point in the system.

Structural composition:

The oil return filter usually includes several main parts, such as a shell, a filter element, and a bypass valve. The shell is generally made of metal material with sufficient strength and tightness. The filter element is the core component of the oil return filter, and the filter element of different materials is suitable for different filtration accuracy

and working environment. The function of the bypass valve is that when the filter element is blocked and the filtration resistance is too large, the bypass valve will automatically open to let the oil pass directly, avoid the failure of the system due to poor oil return, and ensure the normal operation of the system.
